Complete your student data
Make sure your record is complete on student.nduportal.com.
Pay your school fees
Your level comes from your school fees on ndufees.com.
Buy a hostel PIN
Pay online and your PIN appears once. Keep it safe.
Get your bed
Choose your own bed, or be assigned one, then pay the e-teller on ndufees.
Print your hostel card
When your payment is confirmed your card is ready to print.

Which PIN should I buy?
“Choose my own bed” lets you pick a room and bed from what is free. “Assign me a bed” is cheaper and the system picks a free bed for you.
I paid for my PIN but did not see it
Go to “Buy a PIN”, enter your matric or JAMB number and use “Already paid?” to verify the payment. Your PIN is shown once, so copy or print it.
I lost my PIN
Open “Buy a PIN”, enter your matric or JAMB number, then your ndufees password to get a new PIN. The old one stops working.
How long do I have to pay?
Your bed is kept for you while you pay the e-teller on ndufees. If the time runs out before you pay, the bed goes back to the pool.
I paid but my card is not ready
Payments from ndufees reach this portal by themselves within minutes. Open your status page and it checks again. If it is still missing after an hour, contact the hostel office with your e-teller number.
